Colleen Haggerty is an author, speaker, teacher and Forgiveness Coach. Colleen has essays in numerous anthologies, but her memoir, A Leg to Stand On, is where she shares her story of losing her leg as an 18-year-old and the challenges she faced in becoming a mother. As a TEDx speaker, Colleen tells how she forgave the man who hit her, causing the loss of her leg. Colleen empowers others to find their own path of forgiveness through her 10-week program: The Forgiveness Sessions.

Paul shares the following wisdom: trust your team, get to know your team, throw your ego out the window, connect with people that are where you want to be and done is better than perfect.
Paul Maskill started his first service-based business in 2011. Before he knew it, he was working 60-80 hours a week. Until he realized that he had no freedom and the business needed him to survive. So Paul started to systematize everything. By putting systems, processes and people in place, his revenue doubled to almost $500k while the number of hours he worked dropped below 40. Paul then sold his business for 3x net profit. He’s now a coach, consultant and investor for small businesses ready to break free and achieve the income & freedom they sought when they started their business.
