Mahan was born and raised in a yoga ashram.  She served a yoga master and devoted her life to teaching and meditation.  Mahan initially thought she gave away her light to her spiritual teacher.  However, after sitting in her truth and reinventing herself, she realized that she indeed still holds the light.  Today, Mahan loves to help people recognize the light within themselves.  She shares the following nuggets of life wisdom:

• we are worthy
• choose joy because we exist
• I choose breath
• we can induce joy
• everything is happening for us
• coming back to ourselves
• sit, stop and relax
• be softer to ourselves
