Regina’s curiosity drove her to for exploration and need to distance herself from her home life took her to new lands and new cultures.  Her zest for adventure enabled her to sail a major ocean.  When Regina arrived in Antigua, she initially felt lonely and isolated.  However, she fell back on her own strength and learned to trust others and herself.  Regina shares the following nuggets of life wisdom:
– sometimes, distance can help us to gain new perspective

Terry talks about living abroad with her family.  Initially, her challenge was trying to find home, while living abroad.  She realized that making deep and authentic relationships with others helped her to find home. Mahan was born and raised in a yoga ashram.  She served a yoga master and devoted her life to teaching and meditation.  Mahan initially thought she gave away her light to her spiritual teacher.  However, after sitting in her truth and reinventing herself, she realized that she indeed still holds the light.  Today, Mahan loves to help people recognize the light within themselves.  She shares the following nuggets of life wisdom:
