465 Linda Ugelow

Linda works with people who have a dream to make an impact in the world. She believes that everyone was born with the ability to freely express themselves. After all, as little kids, we thrived on attention. The fear and stress we get when putting ourselves “out there” is not just some random emotion floating around in our heads. If we feel stress and anxiety, it’s because somewhere along the line, we got the message, we had experiences that told us it wasn’t ok to be as we were – that it wasn’t safe to be seen. That stuff happens. Happily, this can be overcome. Linda shares lots of nuggets of life wisdom during the interview, including “it’s never too late to have a total reimagination of our lives, purpose and impact”.
