After Bryan’s parents divorced, he turned to food to fill the emotional gap, became 100 lbs overweight and was consumed by anxiety. He struggled to make a change. His wife was at death’s bed, due to chronic illness. This forced Bryan to look at his role as a husband and father. He didn’t want his son to experience the same anxiety that he did as a child.
